How much is shipping?
There is a shipping calculator at the bottom of your shopping cart. First add a product(s) to your shopping cart, then go to your cart and enter your country, city and postal code to get a shipping cost. U.S. Shipping is FREE with order of $50 or more.
When will my order ship?
CARDS: 1-2 Business Days (M-F)
CLOTHING: 2-5 Business Days (M-F)
POSTERS: 2-4 Business Days (M-F)
(the day you ordered and U.S. holidays don't count as a Business Day)
How long will it take to receive my order?
USPS 1st Class Shipping: 2-5 business days after being shipped, depending on how far away you live from shipping location.
Canada Shipping: delivery times may vary and can take up to 21 business days. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
We cannot guarantee or control how long the Post Office will take to deliver your item. We also can't control how long the Post Office takes to process your package after its dropped off at the Post Office.

Do you offer International shipping?
Currently we only ship within the United States and Canada.
FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: There are 3 Options
The 3 companies listed below will print and ship our designs Internationally.
1. Shop Red Bubble - Worldwide Shipping (with a couple exceptions). Red Bubble covers the cost of local taxes/import fees. They have many printing locations worldwide and will ship from the location closest to you.
2. Shop Zazzle International - Choose Your Location Below:
If you shop through your Country's website, Zazzle will cover the cost of local taxes/import fees on items shipped within your Country (exceptions apply)
ALL COUNTRIES: Shop Our Designs at Zazzle.com/SaucyMitts, International orders may be subject to import duties/taxes when placed through the USA website Zazzle.com/SaucyMitts.
3. Shop TeePublic - Worldwide Shipping (with a couple exceptions).
What about Canada customs and import taxes?
Buyers are responsible for any customs, import taxes and/or duties that may apply when your package arrives for orders shipped through saucymitts.com. Please consult with Canada's import office to determine what the costs might be.
Where's the rest of my order?
Your order might have been shipped from different locations and will arrive separately.
My package was marked as delivered but I never received it.
We are sorry to hear that your order has not arrived. We can't tell anymore than you can from the tracking.
If USPS Tracking says Delivered, try the following: The first thing you may wish to do is check with family members and neighbors to see if someone else picked up the package for you and has forgotten to let you know. (perhaps it was left somewhere other than your mailbox)
If the above does not result in the package being found, please contact your local post office with your tracking number.
Delivery scanners have GPS tracking and they will be able to tell where the package was delivered. If it was delivered to the wrong address they will retrieve the package and re-deliver to the correct address. If it was delivered to the correct address, it might have been stolen and they will have you fill out a mail theft report and sign an affidavit. You should also file a theft report with your local Police Department.
I received the wrong item(s) or it is flawed, what should I do?
If the item(s) you received is incorrect or flawed please email us within 7 days of receiving your order, please include photos of the issue and your name and order number.
What if I provided an incorrect shipping address?
If the shipping address you provided is incorrect and the package comes back to you us: 1. You can have it reshipped to the correct address, you will need to repay for shipping. OR 2. You can have the order refunded minus the shipping fees.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Please contact us before mailing your item back to us. We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of purchase, if the shirt/item is returned in the same condition as it was shipped. We will not accept returned items if worn, washed or used. In the case of an exchange, customer is responsible for any applicable shipping charges. Please visit our returns page for more information.
