When will my order ship?

Our products are made to order. Below is how long it will take BEFORE your order ships out.
CARDS: 1-2 Business Days (M-F)
CLOTHING: 2-7 Business Days (M-F)

POSTERS: 2-4 Business Days (M-F)
(don't count the day you ordered or U.S. holidays as a Business Day)


How long does shipping take?

Below is how long it will take AFTER your order ships out.

USPS Standard Shipping: Estimated 2-6 business days AFTER being shipped. This is an estimate from USPS and Not Guaranteed, sometimes it can take longer than expected.

USPS Priority Mail: Estimated 2-4 business days AFTER being shipped. This is an estimate from USPS and Not Guaranteed, sometimes it can take longer than expected.
Please note: not all of our products qualify to ship Priority Mail. We will notify you as soon as possible if your order does not qualify.


Canada Shipping: Average 11-20 business days, but delivery times vary and it may take longer. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. 

NO GUARANTEED DELIVERY BY DATES

We cannot guarantee or control how long the Post Office will take to deliver your item. We also can't control how long the Post Office takes to process your package after its dropped off at the Post Office.

It is normal for packages to go a few days without being scanned, this is not a cause for alarm.

BODYSUITS & SHIRTS: ship from Iowa, California, or from Phoenix, Arizona 85032. Yes, I know what you're thinking... Arizona, but we like hockey too!

How much is shipping?

There is a shipping calculator at the bottom of your shopping cart. First add a product(s) to your shopping cart, then go to your cart and enter your country, city and postal code to get a shipping cost. U.S. Shipping is FREE with order of $55 or more.

What if my item is out of stock?

We will notify you as soon as possible if your item is out of stock.
In the event of an out of stock product we might substitute with a different brand of similar value. You might receive different brand shirts within the same order.

Why does my tracking still say Pre-Transit? I haven't seen any updates.

Your order is shipped on the day you receive your Shipping Notification/tracking info. It is normal for packages to go a few days without being scanned. It is possible to see a gap of 1-2 business days, this is not a cause for alarm. We've noticed some packages taking a day or two before being processed and "Accepted" by USPS.

Can you sign and mail a Greeting Card directly to the recipient?

Yes! We sure can! When you order the card, leave a note at checkout with your message for the card. We will write the message, sign and mail directly to the recipient with a stamp.
Shipping Costs (stamp price + .85¢ nominal fee):
Ship within U.S. = $1.58  |  Ship to CANADA = $2.50
Initially you will be charged full shipping price, the difference will be refunded once we process your order.
Sending direct to recipient is not available for mass mailing.

 

Do you offer International shipping?

Currently we only ship within the United States and Canada.

Worldwide Shipping (with a couple exceptions). Red Bubble covers the cost of local taxes/import fees. They have many printing locations worldwide and will ship from the location closest to you.

2. Shop Zazzle International - Choose Your Location Below:
If you shop through your Country's website, Zazzle will cover the cost of local taxes/import fees on items shipped within your Country (exceptions apply)

What about Canada customs and import taxes?

Buyers are responsible for any customs, import taxes and/or duties that may apply when your package arrives for orders shipped through saucymitts.com. Please consult with Canada's import office to determine what the costs might be.

 

Where's the rest of my order?

Your order might have been shipped from different locations and will arrive separately.

My package was marked as delivered but I never received it.

We are sorry to hear that your order has not arrived. 
We can't tell anymore than you can from the tracking.


If USPS Tracking says Delivered, try the following:

 The first thing you may wish to do is check with family members and neighbors to see if someone else picked up the package for you and has forgotten to let you know. 

Perhaps it was left somewhere other than your mailbox, check places it might have been left.





If the above does not result in the package being found, please contact your Local Post Office with your tracking number for further assistance.



Delivery scanners have GPS tracking and they will be able to tell where the package was delivered. If it was delivered to the wrong address they will retrieve the package and re-deliver to the correct address. If it was delivered to the correct address, it might have been stolen and they will have you fill out a mail theft report and sign an affidavit.


I received the wrong item(s) or it is flawed, what should I do?

If the item(s) you received is incorrect or flawed please email us within 3 days of receiving your order, please include photos of the issue and your name and order number.

What if I provided an incorrect shipping address?

If the shipping address you provided is incorrect and the package comes back to us: 1. You can have it reshipped to the correct address, you will need to repay for shipping. OR 2. You can have the order refunded minus the shipping fees.

 

What is your return policy?

Please visit our returns page for complete information. Please contact us before mailing your item back to us. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, if the shirt/item is returned in the same condition as it was shipped. We will not accept returned items if worn, washed or used.
