Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days for general returns.
Our policy lasts 3 days for wrong item received.
If 30 days, or 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or return.

In the event that you would like to return an item or received the wrong item, please see below.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. We ask customers to place a new order and return the unwanted items. Please see below for return instructions.

Returns & Refunds:

Non-returnable items:
Holiday or Seasonal Items (Valentine's, Christmas, etc)
Customized/Personalized Items
Sale or Clearance Items

We will accept returns (less shipping costs) within 30 days of purchase, 3 days for wrong or flawed item.
Item(s) must be in New Condition, unwashed/unworn/unused. Clothing must have original tags attached.
We will not accept returned items if worn, washed, used, smelling of perfume/cologne/any odors, or if there is pet hair.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original and/or return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Unsaleable/Damaged/Unapproved items will not be refunded. Should you wish to have these items returned to you, we are happy to do so provided you contact us by email and we will give you a way to pay for the shipping costs.

STEP 1: REQUEST RETURN - please email us for approval and to receive an RA# (Return Authorization). Include in Your Email: order #, name, and reason for return. Upon approval we will email you an RA #.

STEP 2: UPON APPROVAL - print and fill out the Return Form (return it with your return item(s))

STEP 3: RETURN ITEMS - send back items along with the Return Form. Once we receive the items they will be inspected and a refund will be issued.
Two Options are available to ship item back.
1. Do-It-Yourself, purchase your own shipping label from the carrier of your choice.
2. USPS pre-paid label, the cost will be deducted from your return refund. Item(s) must be returned in original or similar packaging to avoid extra shipping costs (Heavier packages cost more to ship). (U.S. orders only)

How to package item(s) for return. You can use the original packaging or similar type to avoid extra shipping costs (heavier packages cost more to ship). Be sure to cover any old shipping labels with the new label. Give package to shipping carrier.


For wrong item received or flawed orders:

If the item(s) you received is incorrect or flawed please email us within 3 days of receiving your order, please include photos and explanation of the issue. Include your name and order #.

Free Shipping at $55 Policy:

If your order value falls below $55 after your return item(s), you no longer qualify for Free Shipping and original costs for shipping will be deducted from your refund. (original costs for shipping is the amount you would have paid for shipping)

Shirt Size:

The shirt size chart is intended to be a guide only. Measurements are approximate (not exact), you may find that some colors vary in size up to 1" (smaller or larger). This is normal. The shirt you receive may not exactly match the size guide, it could be up to 1" smaller or larger. When in doubt, order one size larger.

Incorrect shipping address provided by buyer:

If the shipping address you provided is incorrect and the package comes back to you us: 1. You can have it reshipped to the correct address, you will need to repay for shipping. 2. or you can have the order refunded minus the shipping fees.
