How much is shipping?
There is a shipping calculator at the bottom of your shopping cart. First add a product(s) to your shopping cart, then go to your cart and enter your country, city and postal code to get a shipping cost. U.S. shipping is FREE with order of $50 or more.
When will my order ship?
Greeting Cards: ship out in 1-2 Business Days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Clothing: ships out in 2-4 Business Days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Items are made to order.
Posters: 2-4 Business Days
How long will it take to receive my order?
During busy holidays please allow extra time for delivery.
USPS First Class Shipping: 2-5 business days after being shipped, depending on the efficiency of your local postal service and how far away you live from Phoenix, AZ.
Canada Shipping: delivery times may vary and can take up to 18 business days. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
We cannot guarantee or control how long the Post Office will take to deliver your item. We also can't control how long the Post Office takes to process your package after its dropped off at the Post Office.
It's important to us that your order gets to you as quickly as possible. With that being said, the post office isn't always as excited as we are. Sometimes they move quickly and other times slowly. Please know that we will do our part and get it to the post office when we say we will, after that we're counting on the speed of the postal service.
Do you offer International shipping?
Currently we only ship within the United States and Canada.
FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: There are 3 Options
The 3 companies listed below will print and ship our designs Internationally.
1. Shop Red Bubble - Worldwide Shipping (with a couple exceptions). Red Bubble covers the cost of local taxes/import fees. They have many printing locations worldwide and will ship from the location closest to you.
2. Shop Zazzle International - Choose Your Location Below:
If you shop through your Country's website, Zazzle will cover the cost of local taxes/import fees on items shipped within your Country (exceptions apply)
ALL COUNTRIES: Shop Our Designs at Zazzle.com/SaucyMitts, International orders may be subject to import duties/taxes when placed through the USA website Zazzle.com/SaucyMitts.
3. Shop TeePublic - Worldwide Shipping (with a couple exceptions).
What about customs and import taxes?
Buyers are responsible for any customs, import taxes and/or duties that may apply when your package arrives for orders placed through saucymitts.com. Please consult with Canada's import office to determine what the costs might be.
Where will my order ship from?
Most orders will ship from Phoenix, Arizona 85028. Yes, I know what you're thinking... Arizona, but we like hockey too!

I received the wrong item(s) or it was damaged or flawed, what should I do?
If the item(s) you received is incorrect, damaged or flawed please email us within 7 days of receiving your order, please include photos of the issue and your name and order number.
Where's the rest of my order?
Your order might have been shipped from different locations and will arrive separately.
What if I provided an incorrect shipping address?
If the shipping address you provided is incorrect and the package comes back to you us: 1. You can have it reshipped to the correct address, you will need to repay for shipping. OR 2. You can have the order refunded minus the shipping fees.
What brand shirts do you use? What size should I get?
Men's and Women's we use District Made, and Youth shirts we use Fruit of the Loom. Our infant onesies are by Rabbit Skins. Not sure what size or style to get? Check out our Shirt Size Chart
How should I care for my t-shirt?
Follow these tips and your shirt will last a long time.
Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle
Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry
Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting
No-Nos: Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.

Is my information and payment safe?
Saucy Mitts uses Shopify payments and hosting. Your payment will be processed using 256-bit SSL encryption. All pages, content, credit card, and transaction information is protected by the same level of security used by banks. Certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. Saucy Mitts never sees or collects any of your credit card or payment information.
What is your return policy?
Visit our returns page for complete information. Please contact us before mailing your item back to us. We accept returns/exchanges (less shipping costs) within 30 days of purchase, if the shirt/item is returned in the same condition as it was shipped. We will not accept returned items if worn, washed or used. In the case of an exchange, customer is responsible for any applicable shipping charges.
If the item you ordered is damaged or the imprint is flawed please email us within 7 days of receiving your order, please include photos of the issue and your order number.
